Season Watch with Wendy Scott

We CONTINUE our look at the books of DANIEL and REVELATION to compare the tremendous level of detail revealed in the overlap between them regarding the Antichrist and the Great Tribulation.

John in Revelation and Daniel receive heavenly visions at a time of deep prayer. John had been exiled to the Greek Isle of Patmos for his faith, and he is now very old, likely in his late 80’s or 90’s. We know that Daniel was also quite old when He received the visions, also likely in his late 80’s to 90’s. Both were faithful since their youth.

JESUS is the Author, and He is GIVING the revelation to John. He also says that these things will “SHORTLY” take place. There is a BLESSING on those who READ this book, and a CURSE on those who change it.

One of the Remarkable examples we have in the redundant details given in BOTH the OLD and New Testament is found in comparing the Old Testament Book of Daniel, and the New Testament Book of Revelation. Both REMARKABLY give a peak into the Spiritual Realm.

Jesus points to the prophecy in DANIEL for the SIGN of the ANTICHRIST that the GENERATION who sees “all these things come to pass,” would KNOW when to ESCAPE JERUSALEM, to FLEE to the mountains in the EAST. Those mountains descend to the dessert of the Dead Sea to ESCAPE from the Antichrist.

Many Bible scholars believe that when the FAITHFUL Israelis see the Antichrist declare Himself God, that they are to FLEE Jerusalem before the Antichrist can round up those who reject Him as their god, and to cross the Judean desert into Jordan. There, faithful Jordanians will meet them and hide them in the ancient city of PETRA.

TODAY we will begin to look at some of those prophetic LAST DAYS EVENTS through the eyes of TWO remarkable books: Daniel and Revelation.

In spite of being written over the course of about 1500 years, by 40 different authors, the Bible is remarkably consistent in every detail and tells the amazing account of creation beginning to the end of time.

One of the Remarkable examples we have in the redundant details given in BOTH the OLD and New Testament is found in comparing the Old Testament Book of Daniel, and the New Testament Book of Revelation. Both REMARKABLY give a peek into the Spiritual Realm.

The Prophecies that God gave to Daniel show what will be happening on EARTH, specifically from the perspective of Israel during the Tribulation or the “Day of Trouble” under the Antichrist.

The book of Revelation comes AFTER the Church is Raptured, and it takes place IN HEAVEN to see events from the perspective of the Heavenly Kingdom during the Great Tribulation, where the entire CHURCH is WITNESS to the Revelation of Jesus, and the process of RECEIVING His Inheritance of the EARTH.

Like Daniel, and all the end times prophecies, Revelation also confirms that the NATION of ISRAEL IS back in their own land at the time of the end, and in the CENTER of God’s plans, as the events of the Great Tribulation focus on the LAND and the People of Israel.

I don’t know if Trump will decide the US can no longer help the Iranian people because there is too much geopolitically and economically at stake. But he apparently does have a plan that goes BEYOND Iran to stabilize the region.

Trump knows that the Gulf states want a stable region, and they will never have it as long as they live in fear of Iran, but they have also never partnered together against Iran. However, the UAE normalized relations with Israel through the First round of the Abraham Accords, and now during this conflict they have become Security Partners in defense. The UAE has boomed economically and technologically since partnering with Israel, and the other Gulf Nations want similar opportunities.

Now we see this week that Trump challenged the rest of the Gulf nations and Turkey to SIGN the Abraham Accords, which would create a largely SUNNI coalition against SHIA Iran that theoretically would isolate the Regime in the region. That would make it much more difficult to for Iran to enforce its goal of destroying Israel through Proxies and terror. If the Gulf nations formally align together, and cooperate, Iranian Proxies will be cut off from support, both economically, and from their bases of operations. This would TRANSFORM the REGION.

Trump is also aligning a New TRADE Corridor called IMEEC that will stabilize regional trade routes from India to Europe through the Middle East, and benefit everyone, if he can remove Iran from being the regional menace.

This is the Geopolitical view of the current situation. But there is the Biblical view, and these moves are very relevant in aligning conditions described for the Ezekiel 38 war.

God is Using America to set up the right conditions, but this battle is not won by MIGHT, but by the SPIRIT of the Lord, who is able to BREAK the STRONGHOLD of the PRINCE of this world, strangling not only IRAN, but the whole REGION with its tentacles of DEMONIC OPPRESSION.

One of the reasons Jews have largely rejected the Messiah is that their leaders have carried on the rationale given right after Jesus’s Death, that Jesus did not fit all the prophecies about the Messiah. And they are right, Jesus did NOT fulfill all the prophecies about the Messiah.

Jesus did not ascend the Throne of David and RULE and REIGN from Jerusalem 1,000 years. That is the Messiah they were looking for. One who was promised to SAVE them from all their enemies, and to give them REST among the nations so that they would NO MORE be SUBJECT to their OPPRESSORS.

The Prophecies that God gave to Daniel record what will be happening on EARTH, specifically from the perspective of Israel, as God gives him prophecies concerning the Day of Trouble for Israel under the Antichrist.

Jesus and the New Testament writers warned about a GREAT APOSTASY in the LAST DAYS that would destroy the CHURCH. For hundreds of years under the Catholic Church, the people were forbidden from reading the Bible in the common language. Once the printing press was invented , along with the protestant reformation, the PEOPLE could have the Bible in their own language. After this, the church grew exponentially in their knowledge, and missionaries faithfully answered the call of the Great Commission to preach the GOSPEL, and take the WORD of GOD to all the world.

Now, these efforts continue, but the FIRE is dying at home. America no longer boasts that common knowledge of the Word of God, for centuries, the foundation of education. there have been many subtle demonic attacks against the CULTURE that have stunted this once flourishing knowledge. And the LAST attack is not from WITHOUT the church, but WITHIN.

Jesus and the Apostles WARNED about Satan’s tactics in the LAST DAYS to destroy the CHURCH by using FALSE TEACHERS who would ENGORGE themselves on the flock for their own Power, and MONEY.

But NOW we are seeing a more INSIPID method, of False Teachers SLITHERING into the church by charisma to bring lies and deceive the church according to the working of Satan. And the ONLY GUARD against these Wolves in sheep's clothing is to KNOW the WORD of GOD in these beguiling Last Days.

I have come to believe that God uses His knowledge of the future to place people in HISTORY RIGHT where they belong. GOD FOREKNEW each of us, whether we would FOLLOW Him or not. He KNEW what our DAYS would be like, and our PERSONALITY, our TALENTS. He gave us GIFTS, but He also gave us FREE WILL, so that OUR LOVE would be GENUINE, from our hearts. And that is why He makes PLANS for us and where we will FIT into His ETERNAL PLAN, what ROLE we will PLAY in GLORIFYING the KINGDOM.

God ACTIVELY CULTIVATES our HEARTS with the SEEDS of HIS Plans for us to BRING us in alignment with His ASSIGNMENTS for us. God FOREKNEW each of us, and HE CHOSE us SPECIFICALLY to be a special part of His PLAN. And as we have read before, God has a SPECIAL PLAN for the FAITHFUL CHURCH of the LAST DAYS, if we know HIS WORD, and choose to RESPOND to His leading.

AI is KILLING the MINDS of this generation, telling them they don’t have to think anymore, or even learn, because they can get the information whenever they need it, so why learn it, or retain it—think about it? Just memorize the info, beat the test, and walk away without even considering what those things mean.

Yesterday I pointed out that the GENERATION that was BORN  when ISRAEL became a NATION again nearly 80 years ago, in 1948 will “NOT PASS AWAY” until all the END TIMES prophecies will come to pass. The Bible described that moment like LABOR PAINS, once started, WILL result in the birth

And so ISRAEL returning to the LAND is the START of the LABOR PAINS of the END TIMES sequence that WILL bring the RAPTURE of the CHURCH, and then the GREAT TRIBULATION on the whole, CHRIST-REJECTING WORLD. You don’t want ANYONE to be LEFT BEHIND! He’s on the WAY!
And so we are almost at the 80 year mark since Israel became a nation in 1948. And so in the ARCH of Prophetic History, we are in the very last minutes of Creation’s timetable.

Last week we discussed how the NATION of ISRAEL was that FIG TREE that Jesus CURSED from being planted in the LAND “Because it did not know the day of its visitation.”

But the LORD used it for Good, and for the last 2,000 years, the GOSPEL of Salvation has SPREAD to the whole world, rather than staying in the small nation of Israel.

And so prophecies in nearly every book of the Bible, testify that God will BRING Israel as a NATION back into their own land in the LATTER DAYS, after the “FULLNESS of the GENTILES has come in."

Jesus prophesied that Israel would be exiled, but He as He described the entire END TIMES sequence, He tied it directly to Israel coming back into their land, as we will see today.

The CHURCH in IRAN has been the FASTEST growing in the WORLD. JESUS began to SUPERNATURALLY visit Iranians in VISIONS and DREAMS, sparking the rapid growth, and preparing the hearts to HEAR the Word of God. We must JOIN with God, and PRAY for the POWER of SPIRITUAL of DARKNESS to be BROKEN OFF IRAN, just as the PRINCE of PERSIA—that DEMON, once CONTROLLED the PERSIAN EMPIRE.

Yesterday we discussed the NATION of Israel as the FRUITLESS FIG TREE that was CURSED by Jesus when it didn’t bear fruit. But GOD USED Israel’s disobedience to bring the GOSPEL to the World. Just as God sacrificed His SON, so that the world might be saved, He scattered ISRAEL to the four corners, and the DISCIPLES of Jesus with them into the WHOLE ROMAN WORLD, spreading the Gift of Salvation in Jesus.

But God promised that even though the NATION of Israel was EXPELLED, God would prepare a NEW GENERATION, in the FULLNESS of TIME, to RETURN to the LAND that God had GIVEN to them, and that THIS REBIRTH of the NATION would be a SIGN to the WHOLE WORLD, that JESUS’S RETURN is NEAR.

Word has come out of Iran that The Iranian people are living under, “a domestic reality defined by fear, poverty, and a desperate hope for change.” One expressed their worries that, “they do not fear the renewal of war, but rather the possibility that the fighting will stop before the Islamic Republic is overthrown.” and that the WORLD does not care about them as they are, ""waiting in line for execution" or starving under the regime's mismanagement." https://www.jfeed.com/middleeast/iran-regime-change-protests-1

And so we must continue to pray for God to DESTROY this wicked regime.

Last week we discussed how the Jewish people had been allotted their homeland back to them as the at the end of WW1 from the Ottoman Empire, when the Arabic people received their nations and established borders, the Land of Israel was to be returned to the Jews according to the San Remo Agreement of 1922.

However, the surrounding Arabs REJECTED the Jews' right to return based on the Islamic Principle that once land is CONQUERED by ISLAM, it ALWAYS belongs to them.

God had a PLAN to RESTORE Israel, FOR HIS PURPOSES and for HIS GLORY.

It is obvious that the DEMONIC WORLD of DARKNESS is FIGHTING to triumph over the SPIRIT of LIGHT all over the world. We are watching that TIPPING point where the POWERS of WICKEDNESS are taking MORE GROUND than the CHILDREN of the KINGDOM of God.

And that is not because we have no power. It is because there is only a REMNANT of TRUE believers still on the FRONT LINES. The church has been losing the culture battle, and has SURRENDERED to so called science, and other lies that chip away at the Word of God. Young people have no TRUTH to hold onto, and walk away. Churches deny the AUTHORITY of the WORD, and JOIN the WORLD in false SOCIAL JUSTICE causes.

Yesterday, I talked about how GOD is the author of the ZIONIST DOCTRINE, not humans. ZION is GOD’S Spiritual kingdom of the Messiah, and it is used interchangeably with the PHYSICAL CITY of Jerusalem, where the Messiah will rule and REIGN during the literal 1,000 years after the Great Tribulation.

Only Satan-inspired people hate ISRAEL, and justify their attacks on JEWS, because there is no RATIONAL reason to hate them. The world LIES about them, and holds them to standards that they themselves cannot measure up to. Today, the holocaust is widely denied, praised, or justified in killing 6 million Jews.

We continue to discuss how quickly things are aligning in our world today with the Biblical prophecies concerning the Last Days. And as a part of that alignment is the unprecedented cultural permissiveness for HATE against the Jewish people.

Some try to dismiss this trend as simply being AGAINST ISRAEL, not JEWS. But the GLOBAL WAVE of spewed hatred and attacks against ALL JEWS exposes this pretense. It’s popular to cloak that hate in “ANTI-ZIONISM,” especially from the so-called “CHURCH,” but even this pretense CONTRADICTS the WORD of GOD, who by the way INVENTED ZIONISM

So this WAR against ISRAEL should be RECOGNIZED as a WAR against GOD, and ultimately against the TRUE CHURCH itself, who holds FAST to the FULL COUNSEL and WORD of GOD for their UNSHAKABLE, UNCOMPROMISING Foundation.

But the history of persecution against Israel since they were expelled from their land contradicts today's lies against them. In fact, the WORLD defaulted on its own commitment to return the land of Israel back to the Jews.

PLEASE PRAY for GOD to BREAK the wicked spirit that RULES over this regime, and for God to DIRECT TRUMP and Netanyahu through HIS WISDOM to Fulfill His PROMISES, and set the CAPTIVES FREE in IRAN, and let the GOSPEL have FREE COURSE to save the people.

I believe this is the prophetic time that God spoke up, but our WAR is not with FLESH and BLOOD, but with SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS in HIGH PLACES. This is an AGE OLD BATTLE, now a hallmark of the LAST DAYS.

We MUST watch these battles through SPIRITUAL FIELD GLASSES, and not be taken by the LIES of the ENEMY.  

As we have been discussing, the WORLD has TURNED against ISRAEL like a RABID DOG. If IT WERE NOT FOR CHRISTIANS who KNOW the Word of God, there would be few left to RESTRAIN the ACTS of hate against the PEOPLE in SATAN’S Crosshairs.

The World and Even the CHURCH spews IRRATIONAL lies that are Provably false.This centuries-old hatred has been propagated largely thanks to the doctrine of the Catholic Church, which declares that the CHURCH has REPLACED ISRAEL—that God has THROWN Israel away.

But blaming the JEWS for killing Jesus as a REASON to HATE THEM, and even JUSTIFY ATTACKING them is to suggest that THEY SPOILED GOD’S PLAN to give His only begotten Son for the SINS of the WHOLE WORLD. It is in fact the CONTRARY.

The promise of the LAND where ISRAEL would dwell is TIED to the COVENANT PROMISES that God would BRING through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We should continue to PRAY for the CHURCH in IRAN, and for GOD to BREAK the power of DARKNESS that CONTROLS the Iranian people. We ought to also PRAY for ISRAEL, that GOD’S WILL is done, and that the temporary PEACE and SECURITY prophesied for Israel in EZ 38 will come to pass as a result.

The DEMONIC HATE for ISRAEL is INCREASING in the world, dividing NATIONS, POLITICS, CULTURE, and NOW even the CHURCH. It is a SIGN of the LAST DAYS, as the hatred is IRRATIONAL.

Satan’s attack on Israel has been going on since Jesus prophesied that He would come to the RESCUE of Israel in the latter days, and then RULE the EARTH from JERUSALEM for 1,000 years.

NOW that the MESSIAH has Defeated SATAN by his Death and Resurrection, this WAR of the ANTICHRIST SPIRIT aims to DESTROY the CHURCH, and the people of ISRAEL in order to TAKE DOMINION over the earth, and AVOID the ETERNAL TORMENT of judgment we discussed yesterday.

Now Satan is trying to AVOID his ETERNAL TORMENT through DEMONIC and HUMAN Conspirators to establish GLOBAL CONTROL and to:

Friends, we should continue to pray for the CHURCH in IRAN, and for God’s will to be done. There are so many WARS, physical and SPIRITUAL going on, and MOST PEOPLE are UNAWARE that TIME is running SHORT!

We are in the MIDST of an AGE OLD SPIRITUAL WAR, and we MUST be aware of this battle between the KINGDOM of GOD and the KINGDOM of DARKNESS RAGING around us.

Ever since the beginning, SATAN’s plan was to RULE over the earth, and He believed he had GOD in the CROSSHAIRS once and for all when Satan CONSPIRED with the wicked RELIGIOUS LEADERS to KEEP their POWER over the people, and KILL the SON OF GOD.

But in the ULTIMATE TRAP, JESUS’s RESURRECTION became the TRIUMPH over SATAN and his cohort of demons, defeating the CONSEQUENCES of SIN and DEATH, and FREEING humans from the JUDGMENT of sin, and ETERNAL SEPARATION from the Kingdom of God.

And when Jesus ascended to heaven, He left with a COMMISSION, and a PROMISE:
•       Spread the Gospel into all the world, making disciples of all nations
•       I will RETURN to Jerusalem to RULE over my earthly Kingdom, and RESTORE ISRAEL to their covenant promises

But Jesus painted a GRIM Picture for SATAN and his DEMONS at His return to RULE the earth, and SATAN wants to AVOID this prophecy of ETERNAL TORMENT Remember, this prophecy may be new to US, but it wasn’t NEW to SATAN and His DEMONS, who were well aware that after their fall, there was an ETERNAL JUDGMENT PRONOUNCED on them, probably the day they were cast out of the KINGDOM of God.

Happy Easter! God had a perfect, eternal plan DEFEAT SATAN and to REDEEM those who LOVE Him. He actually beat Satan at his own game, setting him up for the trap of his own destruction.

And so Jesus perfectly fulfilled the ordinance of the Passover lamb so that if we APPLY his BLOOD to the DOORPOST of our heart by faith, the ANGEL of DEATH will PASSOVER us.

It was a COSTLY GIFT, and the ONLY WAY to honor that sacrifice, is to ENSURE that as MANY as will receive Him, will HEAR HIS VOICE. We ought to be FAITHFUL, grateful servants to do it.

The 90 million people of Iran still have no freedom to hear the Gospel without risking imprisonment, horrific torture, and death. Yet only about 20-30 % of Iranians are devoted to the CRUEL Islamic Faith that RULES over them.
And so we must PRAY for this TEMPORAL MILITARY CLASH we now witness in the MATERIAL world, because it represents the ETERNAL BATTLE in the SPIRITUAL realm for the souls of Iranians. And we believe it will lead to an OPEN DOOR for Iranians to HEAR the Gospel.

And so returning with us today to continue our prayers for Iran, I want to welcome back Marziyeh Amirizadeh. She has written two books “Captive in Iran,” and “A Love Journey with God” which are available on www.marzisjourney.com .

Here we are on the Saturday, remembering that JESUS’S body was still in the grave. Every one of His followers was DEFEATED because they did not GRASP how BATTLES are FOUGHT in the SPIRIT. And while they were MOURNING in confusion, JESUS was preaching to the Spirits IMPRISONED in the PIT, and GRABBING the KEYS to the GATES of HELL away from SATAN to lead those in Abraham's Bosom to heaven.

And so, we think the war in Iran is a PHYSICAL battle with MATERIAL consequences, and though it is, it is foremost a SPIRITUAL battle with ETERNAL consequences.

The wicked regime is an instrument of Satan to hold Iranians CAPTIVE, and keep them from their LIBERTY in JESUS. As we have read, it is the ancient demonic Prince of Persia, spoken of by the angel Gabriel in Daniel, who RULES over Iran to this day, RESISTING the will of God for their Salvation.

Today, I would like to introduce a guest who is going to talk with us about this SPIRITUAL BATTLE in Iran, and her prayers to FREE the Persian people from the demonic power of the Iranian Regime.

Her name is Marziyeh Amirizadeh, an Iranian American who immigrated to the US after being sentenced to death by HANGING in Iran for the CRIME of Converting to Christianity.

The Israeli intelligence that Mossad gathers is so precise, that they have disrupted Iranian leadership’s ability to communicate and coordinate plans. Right now, the leadership is getting pretty paranoid because Mossad appears to have insiders high up in the organization, and of course now no one knows for sure who to trust.

Add to that paranoia, the Mossad has been communicating directly with senior Iranian officers. This is all part of the WISDOM that God has given His people Israel since bringing them back into their ancient land:

Eze 36:2 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "Because the enemy has said of you, 'Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession,' " '
Eze 36:7 'Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: "I have raised My hand in an oath that surely the nations that [are] around you shall bear their own shame.
Eze 36:10 "I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, all of it; and the cities shall be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt.
Eze 36:15 "Nor will I let you hear the taunts of the nations anymore, nor bear the reproach of the peoples anymore, nor shall you cause your nation to stumble anymore," says the Lord GOD.' "

As I said last week, God appears to be using ISRAEL’S REESTABLISHMENT as a SIGN of the TRANSITION to the END of the GENTILE, or CHURCH AGE, where we SEE these things begin to come to PASS, signaling that HE is at the very DOORS!

AND then the TIMES of the GENTILES will be FULFILLED, or FINISHED, as described in LUKE 21:24.

Luk 21:24  "And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the TIMES OF THE GENTILES ARE FULFILLED.

This is the SAME LANGUAGE God used to describe THE END of the GENTILE AGE and when God’s focus would FULLY RETURN to His PROMISES to ISRAEL, again, we read as Paul described:

Rom 11:18 DO NOT BOAST AGAINST THE BRANCHES. But if you do boast, [remember that] you do not support the root, but the root supports you.
Rom 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be IGNORANT OF THIS MYSTERY, LEST YOU SHOULD BE WISE IN YOUR OWN OPINION, that blindness in part has happened TO ISRAEL until the FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES HAS COME IN.
